You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Ratifi. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the app.
Ratifi uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to read and analyze contract documents. All financial calculations (risk scores, cost breakdowns, rate comparisons) are performed independently on our servers using deterministic math — not generated by AI. The AI reads your contract and writes the narrative summary, but does not produce the numbers you see.
Ratifi provides informational analysis only. The analysis, risk scores, and recommendations provided by this app do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult with a qualified attorney or financial advisor before making important contractual decisions.
While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may contain errors or miss important details. The analysis is based on what the AI can read from your uploaded document. Poor image quality, unusual formatting, or handwritten text may affect results.
You can correct any extracted values directly in the app, and the analysis will recalculate accordingly. Always verify the analysis against your original contract.
Interest rate benchmarks are based on publicly available Federal Reserve data. Vehicle market prices are based on active dealer listings and may not reflect private-party values. Actual rates and prices vary by lender, location, and individual circumstances. All comparisons are provided for general reference only.
Contract analysis requires credits. Credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) or Stripe (web). Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Each contract analysis consumes one credit. Failed analyses (due to unreadable documents) will not consume a credit. If you delete your account, any unused credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
You are responsible for the contracts you sign. Ratifi is a tool to help you understand contract terms, but the final decision to sign or not sign a contract is yours alone.
You agree to use Ratifi only for analyzing contracts you have a legitimate interest in (your own contracts or contracts you are authorized to review). Do not upload documents containing information about others without their consent. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
You acknowledge that contract analysis involves inherent risks, including the possibility of AI errors, misinterpretation of document content, and inaccurate data extraction. By using Ratifi, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with relying on AI-assisted analysis. You are solely responsible for verifying all results against your original contract documents and for any decisions you make.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RATIFI LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Ratifi LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ratifi LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the app; (b) any decisions you make based on the analysis provided; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We aim to keep Ratifi available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app requires an internet connection for contract analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Ratifi shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you access Ratifi through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) these Terms are between you and Ratifi LLC only, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app; (c) in the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple's sole obligation is a refund of the purchase price (if any) of the app; (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app; (e) in the event of any third-party intellectual property claim, Apple is not responsible for investigation, defense, or settlement; and (f) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
